Representatives of teaching staff and students of Shenzhen Polytechnic Had a Visit to XINHUAYI

     On the morning of October twelve, 2016, representatives of Shenzhen Polytechnic, almost 60 persons came to XINHUAYI for visit, teaching staff and students included. Top executives of XINHUAYI played host and arranged for a warm reception.

     The representatives took a rest in the meeting room of XINHUAYI where the SWOT analysis was introduced by Mr. Hou, the general manager of XINHUAYI. Meanwhile, he suggested the students analyze themselves by means of SWOT analysis. SWOT is an analysis method of enterprise strategy though, it also works for a person.

     Then, in the company of Mr. Hou, the representatives had a full inspection of our office and factory and got the general idea of XINHUAYI's business. The clean and tidy work place left an indelible impression on all people in the visit.

     After the visit, many of the students were interested in the management policy and business concepts of XINHUAYI. Students took the floor one after another and Mr. Hou answered all with patience. Also he advised students going to step into society set targets and make plans.

     XINHUAYI have been cooperating with Shenzhen Polytechnic since March, 2016. As the study base, we warmly welcome them to join us.
