XINHUAYI Group Were Present at the Dalian Seiwa Jyuku Enterprise Operation Exchange

     General manager Mr. Hou and staff left for Dalian on July 6th, 2016 to attend the Enterprise Operation Exchange organized by Guangdong and Dalian Seiwa Jyuku.
     In the afternoon, members of Guangdong Seiwa Jyuku sat in on a seminar convoked by Dalian Seiwa Jyuku. They exchanged their idea on the theme of Exceptional Intelligence Leaps in the Recession.

     At night, the kind and hospitable members of Dalian Seiwa Jyuku hold a dinner at which both of members from Guangdong and Dalian had a great discussion on the subject of Kazuo Philosophy and I. Mr. Hou, one of the representatives of Guangdong Seiwa Jyuku, made a brilliant speech on Lean Six Sigma and Kazuo Philosophy, which was greeted with a storm of applause. 

     The next day, Mr. Hou and staff had a visit with group to Punch Industry (Dalian) Co., Ltd., a benchmarking enterprise of Amiba business model in China. During the visitation and interaction, they learned much valuable experience and gained inspiration from the company culture, Kazuo Philosophy and Amiba business model.

     On the July 8th morning, they visited Kyoritsu Seiki (Dalian) Co., Ltd. The action of 5S , company culture and Kazuo Philosophy made a deep impression on them.

     In the afternoon that day, they visited Dalian Mingde Academy founded by Mr. Li, the consultant of Guangdong Seiwa Jyuku. He put a deep interpretation of the words “to improve the mind and expand business”, from which the members benefited a lot.

     In this trip, XINHUAYI group learned a lot which would do good to the business management.
