XINHUAYI Celebrated the 20th Anniversary
On December 27, 2015, the whole staff gathered together to celebrate the 20th anniversary of XINHUAYI and shared the joy and happiness.
The celebration started at 10:00. Chairman Mr. Wang led a silent tribute for one minute for the victims in the landslip in Guangming New District. He made a speech around the theme of this anniversary - be thankful, in which he thanked all the colleagues who had dedicated themselves to our company in the past two decades. In retrospect of the development history, he looked forward to the future development of the company. General Manager Hou expressed a compliment for the progress made over the past year and gave a specific instruction for the development goals in the next year.
The past two decades marked the pioneering innovation and enterprising
spirit of XINHUAYI which depended on the hard work by all employees. As an
important part of the celebration, employees who had made great contribution to
the company and made great progress were given acknowledgment and awards. The
awards included “Best Management Progress”, “Best Skill Progress”, “Best Improvement”,
“Model Worker”, “Best New Employee”, “Outstanding Contribution”, “Best 5S”,
“Best Team” and others. Outstanding employees were also awarded “Loyal Service”
and “Outstanding Employee”. The awards were presented by Chairman Mr. Wang and
the leadership team.
Shows performed by the employees added color to the celebration. “Tomorrow Will Be Better” was dedicated by the sales department. “A Grateful Heart” was performed in sign language by all the members from the R&D and engineering department to express thanks to the company, co-workers and their families. As one of the twelve good employee qualities, gratitude has been rooted in every member of XINHUAYI. Individual show “Monologue” won applause. The short act “Time is like a Flower” by the production department showed in the passage of time, the affection of a family of three remained unchanged; the show reminded us to never forget family affection and come back home often. The show “On the Road” performed by various departments demonstrated the history of the company’s change and development in the form of a stage show.
The families of the employees also brought wonderful performances. “Little Alamo”, e-keyboard shows “The Piping Shepherd”, “Minuet” and violin solo “City of Sky” were well performed with positive response. From the performances we feel the new generation of the company has grown up strong in the big family.
The last song “Flying Higher” by the general manager expressed our common aspiration for better self-development and brighter future for the company.
The anniversary is a witness to the continuous development of XINHUAYI over the past 20 years. We firmly believe that the company will lead a brighter future under the leadership represented by Chairman Mr. Wang and General Manager Mr. Hou.
